Customer Reviews

Really useful for fingertip wounds.I recently had the need for some good fingertip bandages thanks to a momentary lapse of reason with some heavy machinery. These are actually a good size for folks with larger hands (glove size Large or better). The reason I don't give them five stars is the absorbent pad was rather narrow and I needed a bit more width to cover the wounds on my finger tips. However, I found the adhesive excellent and when properly applied they were very close fitting on the finger making them less likely to interfere. 4Perfectly covers the ends of wounds on your fingertips and large toes..They cover the fingertip or your toes in their entirety. They re easy to put on, cover beautifully and don t fall off. These have regular bandaids best when it comes to fingertips and toes. 5They worked perfectly for what i needed them for.I get cracks sometimes at the ends of my thumb and these bandages work really well for covering the end of my thumb. Used to have to use 2 or 3 regular bandages and they wouldn't stay on for long.Very happy that i found these and i will purchase them again. 5These are the absolute BEST bandages!!For my husband a bandage that actually stays on is essential. Winter weather is very tough on his hands... his fingertips and knuckles get deep cracks, which you can imagine are very painful. But these bandages stay on all day and keep him protected. I've gotten them in just about every size they make!! I highly recommend them!! 5MUST have for sore or split thumbsmy thumbs split a lot in winter dry weather. Though not perfect, these are the BEST bandages I have found..and the perfect size for coverage and allowing healing. I don't find them very water proof and they sometimes pull off after being wet, so I usually wrap a 1/2 inch regular plastic band-aid around them at the bottom edge. to keep them from rolling or sliding off,( but they still are better than any others I have used) The breathable part is good for healing, but they do get pretty dirty and ragged in the course of a day...even without doing much manual labor.,so I rarely get by with fewer than 2 a day (including overnight), so reviews that say they were able to keep them on for days must have been written by folks who use their hands less than I do. The shape works perfectly if you wrap it correctly and tuck in the "points" that develop when you fold them over your fingertip and wrap the other side over them. 5Great bandages!I was looking for the industrial style bandages I would find in a manufacturing style facility. Good adherence after getting wet, thick material, etc. these bandages are definitely the closest I could find for home use. One will last all day while getting wet multiple times(baby in the house so I'm constantly washing something in the sink )I bought 4 different styles, based on the reviews of others and I'm glad I did. I will definitely be buying more coverlette bandagesin the future! 5Almost perfect...almost.Pros: - Fabric is more comfortable than brand-name fabrics. - Sticks to itself very well. - Slightly stretchy, for a great custom fit. - Finally a shape that actually works for a finger tip. - Big enough for thumbs and big fingers (those with smaller hands may prefer the smaller size) - Stays on during vigorous activity, like yard work.Cons: - Stops sticking to skin if it gets wet, so it can slide off the finger (even after it dries again). Most brand-name fabrics stay sticky after they dry. This could be a deal-breaker for some, and inconvenient for others. Washing hands becomes complicated. 4The best bandages I have found. These bandages are great. Sticky enough to stay put but not to leave adhesive residue on your skin after they are removed. Flexible enough to form to whatever nook or cranny you have them on (cracked fingertips for me), but tough too. I have found that with these bandages and a small dab of super glue you can get a full work day out of them. And because they come in a fairly nondescript box my little ones don't know they're bandages so they last around my house for more than a week! 5a real solution to cracked skin on fingertipsUPDATE 5/5/2019 -- my product review still stands -- it's a great bandage product. But I've since found a skin care product called "Working Hands" that all but eliminates my cracking fingertip skin problem. I still use Coverlet for all my small bandage needs. No other brand compares in my view. But try Working Hands if you have the cracked finger skin issue in the winter and see if it doesn't clear up the problem. The skin at the tip of my right thumb cracks throughout winter and this has even starting to creep into fall and spring. I put these on nightly along with some neosporin, and the cracks are actually healing. It withstands some exposure to moisture, although I avoid putting the thumb under running water. I've tried many, many solutions to this problem and this is the first that is working for me. Overall, you can't go wrong with Coverlet brand -- they make a real quality product. 5FantasticThese are the best invention since sliced bread. I got a case of toe fungas under my big toe (watch out for pedicures ) I tried everything under the sun to stick around my big toe. Then I thought there had to be something that fits you're toes, and fingers too. These are fantastic, my toe fungus is healed with proper treatment, and no one saw what was going on under the bandage. 5
