whilst these were wonderful for my digestionMold allergy.Just want to warn people that , whilst these were wonderful for my digestion, they triggered hives and pruritis. It took me a long time to work out that this little tablet was triggering my mold allergy as I did not realize that enzymes were made from aspergillus mold.Hope this helps. 1From Dicyclomine to DigestI was taking Dicyclomine and Hyoscamine for colon muscle spasms for several years. My GI doctor changed my diet slightly and took me off them. About thtat same time Digest was recommended to my wife and me by a doctor friend. We have been taking it every meal and I have not had a colon pain attack for some time now. I am now taking a long course of 3 antibiotics for a lung infection. So far I have had no gastric difficulties. We also take a daily over the counter pro-biotic I purchase at my pharmacist. It's a relief to be able to eat normally again. 5Carry these in your pocket and take 1 or 2 before being glutenous and you will be amazed.A friend of mine suggested these to me since I was about to hurl in pain everyday around 1pm.I have no idea why my stomach ended up having so many issues after having a baby, but I guess it has something to do with...well, having a baby. Gas is a problem after this surgery and you actually have to some type of movement ( physical ) to remove the adsorbed gas from the operation. I was concerned about digestion after, and these were recommended.They actually helped tremendously with the transition from soft foods to fatty ones.
