Easy to take supplement, good resultsI was really happy with the help this supplement provided me with in order to grow my hair out and also have healthy hair and nails. This supplement is only 5000mcg and even though there are 10000mcg and 12500 mcg products available by other brands, I find this one did not cause any breakouts or upset stomach specifically because of the reasonable dosage. Plus, it was a huge plus that these were quick to melt and that the flavor was mild and not strong or with a horrible after taste like the traditional "horse-pill" supplements I used to take. I stuck with taking 1 a day for the 90 days without breaking up my trial and totally feel I saw expedited if not just healthier growth. Super thankful! Will be purchasing again next time I (inevitably) get a bad haircut :) 4Nail growthI haven't noticed a difference in my hair, but my nail are stronger and not breaking, and there growing. 3Major Hair GrowthMy hair has always been thin and slow growing. My hair is still thin but all of my fine baby hairs around my hair line are growing out and I literally have seen an inch and a half of growth since starting my first bottle. I still have about a weeks worth, which is why I am here ordering more. I had no idea this stuff was so amazing!! Nails are also growing fast and strong. My nails no longer tear and they are hard to trim! Skin looks more hydrated and supple. I am a professor in college. I just turned 40 and several of my students asked me recently if I was over 25 yet. My fine lines are plumped away or something. Fantastic! I like the taste too. 5) they also taste great!I m in the beginning stages after having the sleeve gastrectomy and these digest well. I haven t noticed any hair loss yet (fingers crossed!) they also taste great! 5Godsend for postpartum hair loss!This product truly delivered when I experienced very thin patches around my hair line following the birth of my baby. My hair is recovering from years of coloring, and these Biotin EZ Melts have made all the difference. I have always had thick hair, but now my hair is thick, shiny, strong, and healthy. Also, a BIG plus is that these don't make my face break out! I've had that problem with other biotin supplements, but not this one. This will be my third time reordering! I definitely recommend if you are trying to grow your hair out, or just want your hair to be more healthy. Taking these have given me the confidence to cut my hair short again for the first time in ten years, because I know it will be growing quickly. One word of caution though: any biotin I supplement is not localized to the hair on your head, ALL your hair will grow, so that means more eyebrow plucking, armpit shaving, and anything else... For me though, it's a small thing to deal with for getting such a great head of hair! 5For the price and taste, I would recommend. Results still coming.I had a really bad flu and could barely eat anything for 2-3 months. As a result, I lost at least half my hair. I ended up chopping over 2 feet off so that the new hair could grow in without looking as awkward. I rocked a short bob for a year while all the baby hair came in. Recently I started growing out the length now that I have all my hair and then some back. I have tried vitamin Bs/fish oil and other type things but I think I like this one best. The taste isn't great, but it's palatable. To me, it tastes like a diet kind of drink (which I am not a fan of) but can deal with it for the minute it takes to dissolve. I haven't noticed a drastic difference in my hair, but I have seen growth in my nails. Its a 90 count and I am about halfway through the bottle. So far so good--I will reorder. Fingers crossed my hair goes through a growth spurt soon. If it does, I will update the review. For the price and taste, I would recommend.
