Thisc onditioner, along with the Jason's shampoo, have ... This conditioner, along with the Jason's shampoo, have worked wonders on my daughter's sensitive scalp. I noticed several months ago that even after scrubbing normal shampoo into her hair and using her fingernails, she had severe dry skin and flakes. After just one use of this conditioner, along with the shampoo, most if not all of her dry skin was cleared up and the flakes were gone! Note of warning: this conditioner smells ok, but the shampoo smells awful. I have my daughter only use this once or twice a week and after she uses it, I spray her hair with an essential oil lavender and water mixture so her hair doesn't smell chemically. 5whatever it is that is in this awesome product it WORKSFinally something that works! I have been searching for a shampoo that would help with my problem, whatever it is that is in this awesome product it WORKS! I have had problems with a type of dander with my head and no dander type shampoo did anything to help get rid of it. I suffered with trying dozens of different types of shampoos with little to no results, until a friend recommended this one. And it has saved me time, money and I am no longer frustrated. The problem is gone! Thank you so much!5Drying and Irritating Made my scalp dry and irritated - developed several red, itchy bumps on scalp. Stopped using this and started using Coconut Milk shampoo and conditioner. My skin and hair is much better now. 1Five Stars Least tingle sensation out of all the tea tree products i have tried. Dries my hair out too 1Not the old product I have bought this product before and loved it. But they must have changed their recipe. This one smells different and does not work the same way as their previous product. Big bummer since I loved the old one. This new one...smells bad and is useless! 1HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS! My scalp is finally healthy again!I used to use name brand shampoo and conditioners, in fact, I thought i could never have nice or manageable hair WITHOUT conditioners but over time my scalp became itchy and flaky. I used head and shoulders and it worked for a while but seemed to stop. I was diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis and was told I would need to use tar shampoo and medicated shampoo. I decided enough was enough. The chemicals I was using was most certainly contributing to my condition! I used nothing but apple cider vinegar on my hair in the shower for 3 weeks and my scalp cleared up but the smell was horrendous! I started looking up natural treatments for SD and came across tea tree. Tea Tree essential oil is great for maintaining healthy oil and pH of the scalp. So that got me looking for tea tree shampoo. I found Jason's brand and Avalon Organics brand. Around the same time I had switched body soap to Jason Lavender body wash and was very pleased with it so decided to try Jason Shampoo. I was apprehensive, because I have never used shampoo without conditioner before (I do know that Jason makes a tea tree conditioner but I just wanted shampoo as conditioners can make SD worse). I gave this shampoo a try and was amazed! The smell is AMAZINGLY fresh and my thick, tangled hair is easily managable without conditioner! My scalp stayed cleared. No more itch! No more white chunky flakes! I did add about 15 drops of tea tree essential oil TO the shampoo bottle and then shook because I wanted to make sure to have added tea tree without making my hair oily after a shower. I've used the shampoo with and without adding it and love it equally both ways! I did run out of this shampoo and bought avalon organics brand at the store and HATED IT! My scalp started itching, my hair was dull and frail and while the shampoo smelled good in the bottle, it left a plastic/chemical smell on my hair. I immediately had to go buy Jason brand and I will never deviate again! This is an excellent shampoo if you have itchy, sensitive scalp like me! Plus the natural and organic nature of Jason brand is icing on the cake! No chemicals! Try this! You wont regret it! I've been using it for over a year now and will not touch anything else!5Excellent gentle shampoo for sensitive scalps!This is the best shampoo I have found for my very sensitive scalp. It is gentle, washes out clean and leaves my hair feeling clean without harsh chemicals. Pair it with the Jason Tea Tree conditioner if you need extra moisture. After trying multiple products, I started using this shampoo 3x a week and another 1x to soothe and treat dry, itchy scalp. Over the course of one month the issue was resolved completely. Highly recommend.5One Star For a tea tree shampoo. No tingle. No lather. No body. No thank you. 1Mild scent, but doesn't work for all types of hair This bottle of conditioner is definitely on the smaller side, probably half the size of a standard bottle of conditioner. It's also really thick and nearly impossible to squeeze out, so we ended up having to take the lid off not long after buying it. It does have a nice, mild scent and leaves my hair super soft and has helped to control my dandruff. This conditioner along with the Jason shampoo has not worked for my daughter, however, and leaves her thick hair looking greasy and she still has dandruff. Would recommend this only with reservations, as it doesn't work for all hair or scalp types. 3Doesn't seem like correct product inside bottle I've used this shampoo for years and love it and the way it smells. I always buy locally until this order. The product that arrived has no scent at all. I don't believe that the correct shampoo is in the bottle. Very disappointed 1WOW I have only used one time and I have to say this shampoo is marvelous. My hair has suddenly become very oily at the roots and NO clarifying shampoo made it look or feel clean and my scalp started itching and getting "scabby". Just one use and my hair is soft, manageable and CLEAN! No tangles and I didn't use conditioner at all. My scalp feels better but I'll give a fee more washings before I can actually comment on the healing properties of the scalp. Truly an amazing shampoo! I forgot to mention that I usually loose alot of hair in shampooing and after...NONE with this!ADDENDUM (2/14/2017) After 3 washings, my hair is fabulous & soft...not oily buildup and my scalp is healed! I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! 5I just purchased the conditioner and have only used it once and was pleased with that as wellI used to have rosacea and while at my eye dr's last visit he told me of a CE program he attended that informed him of the benefit of Tea Tree Oil shampoo in the treatment of rosacea. I immediately went out and bought Jason Natural-Shampoo Tea Tree Oil Therapy, washed my hair and face with it every other day and within a week saw improvement in the rosacea. I virtually do not have rosacea any more after using up just on 17 oz bottle of the shampoo. I just purchased the conditioner and have only used it once and was pleased with that as well. I won't be caught without my Jason Tea Tree shampoo, you can bet on that. Oh I am 68 years old with silver hair.5Not the Genuine Jason Product You re Expecting NOT the genuine Jason Tea Tree Shampoo that I know and love. Received something else. Some disgusting, watered-down substance. Extremely disappointed!! 1I have fine, but thick I have fine, but thick, long hair. I bought this for 2 reasons: I m a teacher who is exposed to lice, more often than I should. And, aim told lice do not like tea tree oil. And, I am experiencing postpartum hair loss that causes my scalp to itch and get flaky.So far, it seems to be working on both of these issues! 4
