Good productI much prefer capsules as I do not like filler which comes with tablets. For a tablet it is easily digestible. I like the ingredients. I hope my body is actually absorbing most of it or it is a waste for me4The tablets were great, but capsules aren'tThe first time I ordered these the bottle contained tablets and within a couple weeks I was feeling relief from the bone pain of having severe osteopenia. I reordered and this time the bottle contains capsules and for some reason they do not work as well even though, yes, I am taking 3 capsules every night just like the label instructs instead of 2 of the tablets. These capsules are not helping and the bone pain has returned. Apparently the tablets absorb better or else the ingredients in the capsules are not the same. I'm really saddened by this and wish the company would give customers the option to order either tablets or capsules as I do understand some people have other reasons to choose capsules.4So far, so goodSo glad I came across this supplement. I definitely need to strengthen my bones as I am not very active and and don't eat enough healthy stuff to help with the bones. Looking forward to seeing what this supplement can do for my bones long term. Glad to know this was made in the USA.5Hard to swallowI found these to be hard to swallow.
