I like it!Great vitamin C product. I use it regularly, and take multiple tablets when I feel like I am getting sick. It definitely helps. And I like that it also contains rose hips and bioflavonoids. 5Love NOW Vitamins!Love all of the Now Foods products and have been buying them for years!! This NOW C-1000 works for me. I like taking high doses of C because so many things are taking it out of the body. In any event I just started using the tablets, and they do not work as well as the capsules. The capsules work much better in maintaining immune system on me. I found their products to be high quality and effective. So, I would recommend this to anyone wanting a good Vitamin C product! It's non time released which is what I prefer. They're tasteless and go down very easily, but can be broken up to make taking them easier. 5I like the added Rose Hips and Bioflavonoids to boost the Vitamin C benefitsI have no complaints with Now Products, and like the fact that these not only include Vitamin C but you get Rose Hips and Bioflavonoids which I read enhance the action of vitamin C, to support blood circulation, as an antioxidant, and to treat allergies, viruses, or arthritis and other inflammatory conditions. So its a super Tablet that I am taking daily and have increased to two tablets to decrease the length of my current cold. I was surprised that they did not have a citrusy taste to them, which I actually like, but they did go down smoothly. I always had trouble swallowing Tablets/capsules/pills until I finally found what works for me, I place the Tablet in the middle of my tongue then get a good amount of water in my mouth, tilt my head back as if I was going to gargle and Voila swallow. Works every time for me now and I can finally benefit from supplements. 4
