Works for me!!I am on my third bottle. After a hard day at work, my knees started hurting when going up stairs, painful and stiff! I was taking stairs one at a time, one foot then the other. After taking for about a month, I could tell the difference, I could take the stairs again with no pain. Very happy with this product, I will not be running out! Have ordered three times, will be ordering again in a week or so, as to not run out!! Very happy!! 5Osteo Bi-Flex vs Isotonix OPC 3I have used Osteo Bi-FLex for a number of years forOsteoarthritis in both hip joints...especially the one with vitamin D to get some extra D. It helps some but I don't believe any arthritis supplement can rebuild cartilage which is what I need. In the last 2 months I have used Isotonix OPC 3 and have had great relief from inflammation and less pain. I noticed one morning that I had not taken Osteo Bi-Flex in about 4 days, only the OPC 3 and had less pain and more mobility when rising in the morning. I take the OPC 3 before bed and wake up with much less pain. I also sometimes take it in the morning on an empty stomach and at night. I take the Osteo now maybe every other day, but it does not help with my inflammation. 3very pleasantly surprisedI was skeptical, but thought I'd try the product. Because of my work moving and installing office furniture, and probably age too (50s), I suffer from almost chronic shoulder and knee joint pain and discomfort. The shoulders especially problematic, sometimes even a comfortable sleep position was hard to find. Been using Osteo Bi Flex for just over a week now and the results are fantastic, noticeable, especially with the shoulder joint pain. Highly recommend it.
