Grapefruit tastes weirdI don t know why I buy any flavor other than orange. Paired with a squirt of orange mio and vanilla muscle milk, the orange flavor tastes AMAZING. Him and his wife are into the natural products so I trusted him on this one. I used it after my 4 mile run in the 95 degree heat and it made me feel re energized. Endurox helped replace the energy I had lost as well as help repaired my damage muscles. I highly recommend this product for post workout or even when you are sick. To me and my boss this product is equivalent to Gatorade and has better ingredients for you.5Good productGood flavor. Not to sweet or over powering. I would recommend diluting in about 1.5x the amount of water recommended.I like to run with this and switch from water to recovery when I have about 10 minutes left in my run.4Good product for hard-to-gain body typesI started using this about three months ago. I am one those folks that can eat and exercise like crazy but cannot gain weight. Moreover, the more i pushed myself the longer it took me to recover as i would have tremendous muscle aches for next two days depending on how often i was at the gym. This not only made it hard for me to go to the gym often, but also diverted all my energy to just recover.I randomly picked this product with out a lot of research and I am happy with it. The lemon lime works just fine. Honestly, i dont feel like i have been at the gym anymore as I dont have the usual aches anymore. I am putting on the muscle at an extremely slow pace, but that was to be expected. Now, i dont think twice about doing weights or running for more than 20 mins everyday. Happy to see carried by Amazon!5Read the labelI was pretty disappointed in this purchase. I am a long time Muscle Milk user and really like that. But I can never find Orange Cr me any more so I thought I would try something different. I will keep looking!First, the taste is unpleasant - very chemically. (My wife finally placed the flavor for me - it tastes exactly like TheraFlu). It is not as bad as say, MM Chocolate, but it is pretty bad. Second, there is the obvious difference in that the price per serving on this is much higher than with the MM. The MM 2.47 lb bottle has about 16 2-scoop servings whereas the Endurox has 14 2-scoop servings.But most disappointing of all is the "nutritional" make-up of this product. For 2 scoops, the MM (Strawberry Banana) has 310 calories with 32g of protein, 4g of sugar, 420mg of potassium and 160mg of sodium. The Endurox has 280 calories (better) with 13g of protein (much lower), 40g of sugar (are you kidding me!), 180mg of potassium and 220mg of sodium.I am not expert on nutrition but my understanding is that protein is the main ingredient needed for muscle recovery after a workout. If so, this is definitely not the product for that.So basically, this produce is more expensive, tastes worse and functions inferiorly.1Great product, repeat customerMy husband swears by this stuff and introduced me to it. We use it after hard workouts or long bike rides. It tastes pretty good, the fruit punch flavor is a nice change from the typical vanilla or chocolate of protein powders. Sometimes we add it to fruit smoothies along with raspberry Emergen-c which mixes well with it. We prefer to get it from Amazon because the GNC here in Alaska inflates the price by 40-50%.5The photos in this listing aren't accurateI have purchased this product more than once, and would like to just say that this brand is the best recovery drink mix that I have personally found! Now the reason for the poor review is because I don't very much like it when a product changes and they don't bother to update the information to the actual product you will be getting!So the pictures you see in this item posting are of the original product, which is why I re-ordered through this seller (pacific health), but the product I received is different than what the listing shows! I've included two photos that show what I received this time, and what I've bought before.I don't know exactly what all is different with the new formula, but I do know that the new bottle doesn't show nearly as many benefits, and it doesn't even show "after" workout anywhere on it, which is annoying because I don't know if I'm getting a lesser product than before! The flavor seems just a little different, and it doesn't dissolve in cold water as well.
