Good Probiotic!I have been looking for a probiotic to start taking on a regular basis and was introduced to this one. I have been trying to lead a healthier lifestyle and believe that gut health is extremely important. I do Keto and so I ve started concentrating on supplements to take to benefit my lifestyle the most. Probiotics are great for gut health, can reduce constipation, boost your immune system and help with weight loss among other things. So far the product has been great. The only reason I took off one star is because it contains maltodextrin which is not Keto friendly. I wish that this ingredient was not used in supplements, but i find that it is very common. 4Works great!This helps us go regularly and we've ordered another bottle because it's so good!
