Love it.Works better than the capsule forms of oil of oregano. The dose is 1-4 drops so the bottle goes a long ways too. The easiest way for me to take is to add the drops to a few tbs of water in a glass and shoot it down like a shot. It keeps it from burning my mouth but it still burns your throat a bit. Nothing terrible and it's kind of pleasant when treating a sore throat. 5say goodbye to being sickit took me awhile to figure how to use this stuff. I had read to put some drops in water and drink it. it killed my stomach and I pretty much have a cast iron stomach. then I heard put 2 or three drops under your tongue. that works for me. it burns a bit, but now I like it. and if you have a sore throat, it feels great when you swallow. I used to get small but very annoying infections in my mouth, often after I had my teeth cleaned. haven't had one since I started using this stuff. if my gums feel inflamed, I rub a few drops on with a q tip. if I feel the slightest cold or sore throat coming I start the under the tongue drops 2-4 times a day. I am a very healthy person, but as I age, I find myself more vulnerable to minor colds, etc. finding this stuff is a godsend, and has kept me as healthy as I am accustomed to being. 5A must have for mouth hygieneA must have in everyone's bathroom cabinet. I bought this for myself after seeing it on Dr. Oz. I use it every night. Its amazing, it makes such a difference in the hygiene of my mouth in general. I put a drop on my tooth brush and then put the toothpaste on top of it (otherwise its too intense to use it directly). The best way to describe its effect is the next morning when I wake up and my mouth is not as horrible as it used to be when I would brush my teeth with just tooth paste and mouth wash. Adding this oil makes a tremendous difference. I'm very big on mouth hygiene, I floss (the microscopic food particles will rot and are partially responsible for bad breath) then brush with a drop of oil of oregano under my toothpaste and then scrape my tongue gently with a stainless steel scraper. I may or may not use mouth wash, in my experience after the above routine, it doesn't make that much of a difference.I would love to hear any other use that someone else might have for this product 5Medicine cabinet staple!Powerful stuff! I used a drop of this in some coconut oil for my eczema, really helped to clear it up. I had to keep using it though to keep it cleared up. But I definetly recommend it, I also recommend that you do your own research on how to use it. 4Do you want to be healthy as a horseThis is honestly the worst tasting stuff ever, but that's not the fault of the company. I don't know what else to say about it, except to tell you that I haven't even gotten sick once this winter after using it. So you're not taking mine away from me. 5Best cold remedy in the world. Seriously, the Best...Best cold remedy in the world. The Best...As soon as symptoms show, start drinking - 12 oz water + 1 dropper full of O of O. Tastes absolutely awful, sometimes burns. You'll belch pizza for hours. How encouraging right? But trust me. Do this 3x a day. Cold will either not manifest at all, or be gone within a day, two at the max. Works for cold, flu, etc. For me, no side effects at all, beyond the pizza taste.Oh... Don't get undiluted oil on your skin. It will burn! 5Excellent product.I purchased this for my 2 boys for bacteria, inflammation and parasites. I have only been giving it to them for about 2 weeks but I am already seeing results. It does have a strong smell ( of oregano ) and taste but it is totally manageable. My 11 year old is always very hard to persuade to try new things or things that might be "hot". He now takes it like a trooper because he says he feels better. My oldest after 3 days of use lost the feeling of pressure he has had in his ears for years. His ears no longer ache inside. I recommend this but suggest that you start low and go slow. It is strong stuff :) 5Absolutely fantastic!Great product!I had infection and took antibiotics, which didn t really work. It takes a while to recover your body once you take (chemical) antibiotics. I searched for a natural alternative and Oregano oil (70% carvacrol) came up. It doesn t have the best taste. But two weeks later I m free from infection. I m thinking of mixing it with coconut oil for mouth wash. One bottle goes a long way. This will always be on my side. 5I have heard alot of good about Oil of OreganoI have heard alot of good about Oil of Oregano, helps clear up skin, remove callouses from feet ( gotta be patient on that though ) and so much more. 5Always have one aroundKeeps my colds at bay. Helps with stomach aches. I love this brand, it's potent and reasonably priced. There is a much more expensive brand out there that I dont feel works all that much better for me and other brands that are similarly priced that just taste like the oil it was diluted it. This one seems like the best of both worlds. 5
