Customer Reviews

Not good for heavy bed wettersWe were so excited to try these undies and the very first night, my 5 year old woke up dry for the first time ever. However, each night after that, he woke up wet and the undies leaked. After 3 nights of washing the bed sheets, we (sadly) switched back to the disposables. We prewashed the inserts as instructed and even added a second layer of inserts, but to no avail. His disposable are always super soaked but they rarely leak. These undies will be better when his body is ready to transition to waking up in the night and he has mostly dry nights. 2Good product, get a size upThese are very helpful. I only have to wash the wet super undies/pajamas instead of all the bedding. Overall satisfied. We bought a smaller size and I think the elastic leg openings shrunk a little and irritated our LO s legs. Expensive, but saving on water/electricity. 4Useless.Not waterproof. I thought the outside would be waterproof, but urine goes right through these. They do not keep being from getting wet at all, and the gathers in the groin rub painfully my son says and give him a rash. Useless. 1Don t waste your moneyMy 6 year old wore them twice to bed. Both times he wet right through them and soaked the bed. Basically it was underwear with a cloth insert. The material itself was not water resistant. Very disappointed and a huge waste of money. 1Good product.Purchased for a 5 year old son with nocturnal enuresis issues. We were/are at the ends of our ropes, as he soaks through even the highest capacity nighttime diaper we could purchase. We literally have two waterproof mattress pads and three extra waterproof pee pads and he still manages to wet all but one or two of them each night. We thought we would try this approach. The first few nights with just the pants, he soaked completely through them. The next week we tried to put the diaper on underneath the Undies Bedwetting pants. While this didn't completely eliminate the problem, he now only wets the actual bed one to two times a week, versus 7 days a week before with only nighttime diapers. The leakage seems to be from the leg areas rather than a lack of capacity. We might try a smaller size, but the fit around his legs is already very tight, so we are not sure if this will work. While these have saved us daily washing of entire bed, we still need to wash the undies every night. We may invest in one or two more, but at the price paid getting many sets to avoid laundry each and every day gets a bit expensive. 4A great alternative to disposable "Pull-Ups" and "GoodNights"I wish I had found these sooner! My son is only two, but he is very large and also is training, so he can "hold it" and sometimes when he stores it up all day and lets loose, he can flood. I was looking for something washable and reusable that could hold a lot and had the motion of pulling up like underwear,so that he could learn this independent skill, and these do both, while having a covering that lets him feel the wetness. They wash clean well and hang dry overnight. My son seems to find them comfortable and my husband, who is not a fan of cloth diapers in general, does not mind them, so that is a ringing endorsement! I do use a flushable liner in case of messy #2 and that helps a lot with quick, easy cleanup. I think these are good for how I use them, as a reliable transition to underwear, and for an older, larger bedwetter, as they are intended. I would think be better self-esteem wise than a disposable, not to mention so much more ecologically friendly. I can see these being used for multiple children/years. Now, when I am drop dead tired, and I've just buckled all three of my kids into their carseats, we are running late, and we are in a parking garage where we are one minute away from being charged $3 for going into the next hour, and my son tells me he has to go potty, even though he refused 5 minutes before, I don't have to panic that he is going to wet his carseat cover, and I am going to have to take it all apart, and wash it overnight, and then reinstall the next day as we all are in a rush to get out. Thanks, SuperUndies! I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they are not just expensive, they are SUPER expensive, and not widely enough available. I have tried some other products (GrowVia trainers, the Willow Store brand) but they ran small and were more diaper-like. They were not as reliable or comfortable. 4GREAT ANSWER TO A DIFFICULT PROBLEMthey work well with the additional insert I wish we had known about them sooner. My Great grandson was perfectly trained but a 5 mo round of serious constipation and a lot of poor doctors caused his bladder to become insensitive to the urge to go so it has been very difficult for him. These are a God send. All who deal with kids and bed wetting should know about these. Put ads on TV!!!!Please for the sake of the kids. With these he has regained confidence and his situation is improved greatly. 5it works!!I was nervous spending so much, not knowing if these really would work, but we have been using these for three weeks now with NO LEAKS! My 4 year old son would cry every night that he didn't want diapers, but would wet the bed (and wake up) twice a night if we put him in regular undies. Now I don't have to wash what feels like million sheets and mattress protectors every day, just one little pair of undies which I throw in with our regular laundry. AND he sleeps all through the night with the bedwetting pants, so we are all sleeping much better again. I plan to order another pair so if the weather is rainy (we line-dry) or I don't have time to do laundry every day we'll have a spare. I'm SO glad we have found a solution to our bedwetting situation! 5Run smallI bought an XL for my 55 pound child. I wish I had bought up a size. They are skin-tight on her, and getting them off when wet requires Herculean strength. They also leak slightly. She wakes up with damp pajamas and sheets. I probably need to add another liner, but there's no room because they're so little. 2Super Undies vs Mother-EaseWe had to abandon the convenient disposable night time undies. Based on the reviews we bought Mother-Ease and Super Undies (overnight) from Amazon.Super Undies started out the favorite. They are cute, soft, and comfortable, and less bulky. If you're using a bedwetting alarm that attaches to the undies, you can place the sensor inside and change only the undies when your child wakes to the alarm.Super Undies cons: If you enjoy matching socks, this ones for you. After washing you need to gather the desired number of liners (2-3 to come close to Mother-Ease absorbency.) and place them in the undies. Not a big deal unless you're doing the laundry for 5 people (including a bedwetter or two!) My son needs help to get them on and keep the liners in place, otherwise they'll be bunched up or sticking out the leg-whole. They leak. Those soft comfortable fleece sides, or maybe the seams where it's sewn in are the weakest link. We always have wet pajamas and sheets when we use these overnight. (yes, following proper washing instructions, no fabric softeners blah blah blah,)They help, but don't get the job done completely. They seem more like a day-time training pant and now stay in the back of the drawer, only to be used when there's no other option and in combination with a sheet-saver pad.Mother-Ease: Everything is sewn in place. When you pull them out of the laundry, just turn them right-side-out and they're ready to go. They work as well as or better than disposable overnight pants, and wash nicely. Bottom line: We have dry pajamas and sheets with these.Mother-Ease cons: They are not cute, they're bulky, and plain white. So if you'd take cute over dry and comfortable, then go with cute and enjoy the extra laundry. If you don't care if your kid looks like a 70's baby, and just that they stay dry enough to get everyone a good nights sleep with less laundry, these are for you. In fact they work so well my kids think its a good reason to sleep in places other than their own beds. "Mom can I sleep _______? I'm wearing the white ones." 2
