Keeps me balancedMy Naturopath has had me taking these for awhile now. They work well. 4These are fantastic!These were recommended to me by my Naturopath when I started experiencing perimenopausal symptoms. I have been taking two caps twice a day for well over a year and every time I run out, I regret it. They almost completely eliminate my hot flashes and work wonders on keeping my mood balanced. I had every symptom in the book and now I have none, including hot flashes. 5Hot flashesThis product has significantly reduced my hot flashes. I use it along with other remedies and have not accomplished complete relief, but these do help! The only downside is taking 2 tabs, 3times/day adds up to a lot of pills. Anyway, I'm so grateful for the relief they do offer and if I run out, I notice how much they really do help.... These were prescribed by my naturopathic doctor after a full blood panel. The relief was almost instant as I had a lot less hot flashes. After a few weeks, they were almost gone and was back to having restful nights. Over time I felt almost back to my normal self. I take two twice daily, along with vitamin D, a B complex, and fish oil. I ve tried a few other supplements on the market but don t feel confident that the ingredients are truly healthy.
